We assess the project stage, number of units or rooms, access, programme and required finish before quoting. For larger projects, cleaning can be planned in stages to align with construction progress and final inspection dates.

Fine construction dust can settle again when trades continue working nearby. We discuss the programme and whether an initial clean, a detailed handover clean or a final presentation visit is appropriate. If work continues after cleaning, any return visit should be allowed for separately in the project scope.
New cabinetry, fittings, glass and flooring may have specific care requirements. Please provide available manufacturer instructions and identify delicate or unfinished surfaces before work begins. Residue removal is assessed for suitability; aggressive scraping or treatment is not automatically included.
Confirm that agreed areas are safely accessible and advise us about remaining trades, site induction requirements and available water and electricity. Heavy debris and building materials should be cleared from the areas to be cleaned. These arrangements help us assess the work accurately and plan around your inspection date.
