Access to water, the path of runoff and nearby doorways, vehicles and fixtures all affect the job. We discuss these conditions during assessment and identify areas that need protection or restricted access. Some sites may need additional arrangements before cleaning can proceed.
Move vehicles, planters and loose outdoor items away from the agreed work area where practical. Close nearby windows and advise us about leaks, damaged seals and sensitive surfaces. Keep pedestrians and pets clear while work is underway and follow the agreed access guidance afterwards.
